{"id":653,"date":"2026-05-07T15:55:18","date_gmt":"2026-05-07T13:55:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hummi-advisory.com\/?p=653"},"modified":"2026-05-07T16:16:11","modified_gmt":"2026-05-07T14:16:11","slug":"en-periode-de-crise-la-rse-doit-changer-de-forme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hummi-advisory.com\/?p=653","title":{"rendered":"En p\u00e9riode de crise, la RSE doit changer de forme"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dans un contexte tendu, la RSE ne peut g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas commencer par :<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>une communication inspirationnelle,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des grands engagements tr\u00e8s ambitieux,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des projets p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des initiatives \u201cimage\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Elle doit partir :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>des douleurs r\u00e9elles,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des risques,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des irritants op\u00e9rationnels,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des tensions humaines,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des co\u00fbts cach\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Autrement dit : la RSE doit devenir utile imm\u00e9diatement.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ce qui fonctionne souvent dans ces contextes<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Partir du social avant le reste<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quand le climat est tendu, le social devient prioritaire :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>s\u00e9curit\u00e9,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00e9coute,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>management,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>charge de travail,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>absent\u00e9isme,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>turnover,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tensions terrain,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reconnaissance,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dialogue social.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parce qu\u2019une entreprise en difficult\u00e9 financi\u00e8re peut encore entendre : \u201con doit r\u00e9duire le turnover\u201d, \u201con doit s\u00e9curiser les \u00e9quipes cl\u00e9s\u201d, \u201con doit r\u00e9duire les arr\u00eats\u201d, \u201con doit \u00e9viter les conflits sociaux\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00c7a devient du pilotage business, pas du \u201csuppl\u00e9ment moral\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Traduire la RSE en langage de survie \u00e9conomique<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est souvent LE point cl\u00e9. Dans ces p\u00e9riodes, il faut relier les sujets ESG \u00e0 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ma\u00eetrise des co\u00fbts,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>limitation des risques,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>maintien des clients,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s\u00e9curisation des appels d\u2019offres,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>attractivit\u00e9,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 investisseurs,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>exigences donneurs d\u2019ordre,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>conformit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par exemple :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00e9nergie = r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s\u00e9curit\u00e9 = r\u00e9duction des accidents,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>turnover = co\u00fbt de remplacement,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reporting ESG = maintien de certains clients,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gouvernance = confiance bancaire\/investisseurs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>La RSE devient alors : un outil de stabilisation, pas un projet \u201cid\u00e9aliste\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Commencer petit<\/strong> (comme le colibri !)<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans une entreprise en difficult\u00e9 vouloir d\u00e9ployer imm\u00e9diatement :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>une matrice de double mat\u00e9rialit\u00e9 exhaustive,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 KPI,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une feuille de route sur 5 ans,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des groupes de travail partout,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des ambitions climat massives,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">peut cr\u00e9er du rejet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Souvent, il vaut mieux :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 ou 3 priorit\u00e9s tr\u00e8s concr\u00e8tes,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>visibles,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>utiles,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cr\u00e9dibles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Et paradoxalement\u2026<\/strong> certaines entreprises deviennent plus r\u00e9ceptives \u00e0 la RSE pendant les crises. <strong>Pourquoi ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parce qu\u2019elles commencent enfin \u00e0 voir :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>leurs vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9s,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>leurs d\u00e9pendances,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>leurs dysfonctionnements structurels,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>leurs fragilit\u00e9s sociales,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>leurs risques fournisseurs,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>leur manque de pilotage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Autrement dit : la crise agit parfois comme r\u00e9v\u00e9lateur.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et c\u2019est souvent l\u00e0 qu\u2019une approche ESG pragmatique peut trouver sa place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dans un contexte tendu, la RSE ne peut g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas commencer par : Elle doit partir : Autrement dit : la RSE doit devenir utile imm\u00e9diatement.
